CRM BASICS

With an understanding of the CRM's purpose we can dig deeper into the mechanics. How do we access, navigate and create data, leads and activities? You will learn the best methods for recording and tracking everything of importance to your team.

MODULE THREE

CREATING RECORDS

Think of a record as a place to collate and store all of the useful information about a prospect or client that will help you to close the sale further down the line. This module shows you how to create a lead,
log activity and notes, and work around all the nuances that your prospect or client might find themselves in.

MODULE FOUR

MANAGING TASKS

Setting out tasks that need to be attended to in thefuture can be a great way of staying on top ofdeadlines. We show you how to create, manageand track tasks to ensure that the right touchpointsare being made at the right time.

CREATING RECORDS

Make your quoting process fast, transparent and standardized. We’ll show you how to leverage your CRM, templates and e-signing/ tracking strategies to ensure your customers are quoted at the right time, with the right information.

MODULE SIX

CRM MOBILE APPLICATION

Support your team's busy lifestyle by arming them with mobile CRM capabilities. This way when they are on the go, almost any task that would normally be done at the desktop, can be done remotely on their own device. Whether it’s calling and recording notes, scanning a business card to input information quickly, or checking a key note before an offsite meeting, the mobile app can be an invaluable resource for the 24-our salesperson.

CRM REPORTING
