Change is the only constant.  Managing front-line employee resistance was identified as the number one obstacle to change transformation based on a recent ProSci study.  The ability to adapt to change is now considered a competitive necessity.  Every day, new initiatives and projects are launched to improve performance, increase profits, and enhance your competitive advantage.  As leaders, we are expected to lead the change; as managers, we are expected to facilitate the change; and as employees, we are expected to accept the change.  There is only one BUT – Change is not easy.
Who
Manager's Guide to Change is for front-line managers leading change.  The course provides a solid foundation in change management perspectives, theories, activities and best practices.
What
  1. 3-days training sessions covering the fundamentals of change management.  Trainees will get a chance to work on key communication pieces for Company change iniatitive.
  2. Simulations designed to address real world situations that help you learn and apply techniques in your environment.
When
Public Training 3rd week of every month.
