Manager's Guide to Change is for front-line managers leading change.  The course provides a solid foundation in change management perspectives, theories, activities and best practices.
  1. 3-days training sessions covering the fundamentals of change management.  Trainees will get a chance to work on key communication pieces for Company change iniatitive.
  2. Simulations designed to address real world situations that help you learn and apply techniques in your environment.
Public Training 3rd week of every month.

The cost is $2,250 + HST per trainee.
