About Founder Fundamentals

YSpace, York University’s innovation hub is partnering with the Markham Small Business Centre (MSBC), Richmond Hill Small Business Enterprise Centre (RHSBEC), Vaughan Business Enterprise Centre (VBEC), York Small Business Enterprise Centre (YSBEC) to host a 12-week educational program called Founders Fundamentals.

Founders Fundamental is a regional program designed to help you kick start your entrepreneurial career. Whether you are a professional services company, brick and mortar or technology startup, the program aims to equip you with the essential skills and knowledge needed to succeed. Spanning across topics such as social media marketing, to grant writing, to bootstrapping and more this program provides a wide range of learning. In addition, the program connects you with local resources within your municipality such as your local Small Business Centres and more. Individuals that complete all 12-weeks of learning will receive an Innovation York Certificate of Completion from YSpace.

About the Workshop

Truly successful sales professionals are able to focus on efficient and profitable ways of increasing sales to develop their business. They manage the sales process by diligently staying in tune with opportunities and actively monitoring account activity throughout the sales cycle. In this seminar, learn about proper sales pipeline management, to become more skilled at organizing leads, cultivating opportunities, forecasting outcomes, and closing sales. Learn how to manage your sales and how you can better resource plan to meet your target.
