Change Connect is a Canadian boutique management consultancy specializing in sales transformation for small and mid-sized businesses. We've spent 14+ years helping founders and sales leaders across manufacturing, distribution, construction, professional services, and media build revenue systems that don't depend on one person to hold them together.
We're based in Markham, Ontario. We're an SMB serving other SMBs. We know what it costs — in time and money — when revenue growth stalls.
